Childbirth Classes
You're going to have a baby! Bringing a new life into the world is an exhilarating experience. It is also an exciting time with many things to learn. Prenatal classes provide opportunity to learn about the details of giving birth and to share joys and concerns with other expectant parents. Certified childbirth instructors help you prepare for what to expect when the baby arrives.

Preparing for Childbirth
Classes for expectant parents, Cesarean Birth preparation and more.
Baby Care Plus
This two-hour class covers how to take care of a newborn.
Sibling Class
This one-hour class is offered to brothers and sisters of the new baby and includes discussion, film, educational play, and a tour of the newborn nursery and mother-baby unit. Designed for children ages three (3) and older.
Prenatal Breastfeeding Class
Benefits of breastfeeding, practical information and proper technique taught by a lactation consultant.
Breastfeeding Café/New Mothers Group
Weekly groups for new mothers offers encouragement and feedback on breastfeeding your newborn, and an opportunity to meet and talk with others about life as a new mom.
AHA Heart-saver CPR/AED
This four-hour course is designed to teach parents, caregivers, grandparents and friends Infant, Child, and Adult CPR according to the American Heart Association guidelines.
AHA Heart-saver CPR/AED with Pediatric First Aid
This six (6) hour course is designed to teach parents, caregivers, grandparents and friends child safety and first aid according to the American Heart Association guidelines.
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) CPR Course
This two (2) hour course is designed for parents, grandparents, or caregivers of newborns who have been born, but are being cared for in the Neonatal Intensive C
